Who you are buying from
You are buying from Folkan Products Limited, trading as Profumati, registered in Ireland under number 636062.
These terms apply to every order placed through profumati.ie.
Placing an order
Adding items to your cart is not an order. Your order is placed when you complete checkout and pay.
We accept your order when we email you a shipping confirmation. A contract exists from that point.
We can refuse an order. We do this if the item is out of stock, if we priced it wrongly, or if we suspect fraud. If we refuse, we refund you in full.
Prices
Prices include Irish VAT where it applies. Prices are shown in euro.
Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.
We can change prices at any time. A change never affects an order we have already accepted.
If we list a price that is obviously wrong, we can cancel the order and refund you. We will tell you before we do.
Stock
We stock what we list. If an item sells out after you order, we contact you and refund you in full.
Payment
We take payment at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.
Delivery
See our Delivery Policy. We deliver in Ireland and across the EU.
Risk passes to you when you receive the parcel. Ownership passes when we receive full payment.
Products
We describe every fragrance from the brand's own information. Bottle images show the product but packaging can change without notice.
Fragrance smells different on different skin. How long it lasts varies by person, by weather and by how much you apply. We cannot promise a specific result.
Check the ingredients before you buy if you have sensitive skin or allergies. Do not apply fragrance to broken skin.
Your rights
Nothing here removes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 or any other Irish or EU consumer law.
Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these terms.
Age
You must be 18 or older to buy from us.
Our content
The text, images and design on this site belong to us. Do not copy them for commercial use without our permission.
Brand names and trade marks belong to their owners. We sell genuine products from those brands. We are not an agent of them and they do not endorse us.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer because we broke these terms or failed to use reasonable care.
We are not responsible for business losses. We only sell to consumers.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law says we cannot limit.
Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay caused by something beyond our control, such as strikes, extreme weather, or carrier failure. We tell you if it happens and you can cancel for a full refund if the delay is long.
Governing law
Irish law governs these terms. You can bring a claim in the Irish courts. If you live in another EU country you can also bring a claim in your own courts.
Changes
We can change these terms. The version live when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
